Tottenham are reportedly keeping faith in head coach Ange Postecoglou but the result of one upcoming fixture could determine his fate at the club.

According to the Daily Mail, Postecoglou retains the backing of the Tottenham hierarchy but their Carabao Cup semi-final clash with Liverpool is said to be 'key' to the Australian's prospects.

Tottenham have won just one of their last six Premier League games, leaving them 12th in the division after their worst half season since 2008/09. Spurs do have a huge injury list, particularly in defence, and while that has not helped their cause, that may not save Postecoglou's job if results don't improve.
